Presenting a document as slides
Turn any document into slides at once, on every plan.
Any document can be shown as slides, with nothing to set up.
- Open the document.
- Open More and choose Present.
- Move through the slides with the arrow keys, a click or a swipe. Press Escape to stop.
How the slides are made
- The title opens the deck, and each main heading or divider starts a new slide.
- Text is sized to fit. A section too long for one slide carries on, marked (continued).
- The slides use the page’s own colours and your workspace’s typeface.
- On a phone held upright, the slides stand upright too, so they read well.
- Boards, galleries, columns, callouts, toggles and calendars show as they do on the page, and the page’s icon sits above the title.
While presenting
- All slides shows every slide at once, to jump to one.
- Press F for full screen.
- A link to the document ending in ?present=1 opens it straight into slides.
On Pro and Enterprise, add speaker notes with / and Speaker note, and present with a presenter view.
