Bring everything with you.

Moving to Pagyra doesn’t mean starting again. Each file you upload becomes a document, and a zip can hold many.

From Notion

Each page becomes a document in a new folder, with its subpages inside it.

  1. In Notion, open the page, choose the three dots at the top right, then Export.
  2. Choose HTML, and turn on Include subpages if you want them. HTML keeps columns, covers and page icons; Markdown & CSV works too.
  3. In Pagyra, choose Upload and add the zip.

Checklists, code, callouts and toggles come across. A database becomes a table with its pages listed under it, a board when it is grouped by status, or a gallery when its pages have pictures.

From Google Docs

Download as Word, then upload.

  1. In Google Docs, choose File, Download, Microsoft Word (.docx).
  2. In Pagyra, choose Upload and add the file.
  3. For several documents, select them in Google Drive, choose Download, and upload the zip.

From Word

Upload .docx files as they are.

  1. In Pagyra, choose Upload, or drop the files on any document list.
  2. For an older .doc file, open it in Word, save it as .docx, then upload that.

From Final Draft or Fountain

Screenplays keep their layout. On Pro and Enterprise.

  1. In Pagyra, choose Upload and add your .fdx or .fountain files.
  2. Keep writing in the screenplay layout, and download as Fountain, Word or PDF.

And the rest.

PDF, Markdown, plain text, HTML and CSV files upload the same way. And once you are in, Pagyra speaks your language: the world’s most spoken languages and every European national language, including Arabic from right to left. For more, see uploading, copying and moving in the Help centre.
