You pay for the people who write. Everyone else, from colleagues who review to clients who read, costs nothing.

Questions.
Is Free really free?
Yes, for as long as you like, with no card. Free is for one person: one editor, up to 15 documents, 2 folders, 1 board, 1 gallery and 5 open tasks, with any number of readers. Clients and reviewers you invite read and comment free.
What happens when I reach a limit on Free?
Nothing is locked or deleted. You can still open, edit, share and export everything you have. To add more documents, folders, boards or tasks, or a second person who edits, choose a plan.
We were on Free before October 2026. What changes?
Free workspaces made before 3 October 2026 keep up to 3 people who edit until 3 November 2026. After that, extra editors become readers until a plan is chosen: every document stays open, and the admin keeps editing. Adding another editor needs a plan straight away.
Can we have more than one workspace?
Yes. Once you pay for any plan, you can create as many workspaces as you need. Each new workspace can start on Free, or on a plan of its own, billed separately. If all your workspaces are on Free, you can create one.
Do we need a card to start?
No. A new workspace can start on Free, with no card and no time limit. Choose a paid plan when you create it, or from Admin, Billing whenever you need more. If a plan ever lapses, the workspace moves back to Free: nothing is locked or deleted, and everything already there stays.
Can we switch plans?
Yes, at any time, from Admin, Billing. Your bill adjusts straight away, pro rata, and your documents are never affected.
What does Enterprise include?
Everything in Pro, plus single sign-on, forms with unlimited answers, the newsroom, the audit log with retention settings, screenwriting production tools, the largest Gyra allowance, unlimited storage, invoicing and a dedicated account manager. Choose it like any other plan, from 5 seats, or contact us and we will shape it around your organisation.
What if we add or remove editors part-way through a month?
A new editor is billed straight away, for the rest of your billing period. Removing an editor, or making them a viewer, lowers your bill from your next billing date; there is no credit for the current one. Viewers can still read and comment, free.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing changes at first: admins get an email and have 2 weeks to fix it. If it stays unpaid, the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is ever locked or deleted for not paying, and paying again brings the plan back straight away.
Does Gyra, the AI assistant, cost extra?
No. Gyra comes with every plan, and an admin can turn it off at any time. Free gets a one-off starter allowance. Paid plans get a daily allowance that grows with the plan and the number of editors. If you reach it, Gyra pauses until the next day. There are no credits to buy.
Can we leave and take our documents with us?
Yes. An admin can export the whole workspace in open formats at any time, on any plan, and delete it. Deletion becomes final after 30 days.
How do we pay?
By card through Stripe. Invoices, card changes and cancellation are all self-service for your admins. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
